REMOVING BARRIERS. FUNDING SKILLS. CONNECTING PEOPLE TO WORK.

NEWORKX is not a job board. It is a structured way of supporting economic mobility.

The NEWORKX FOUNDATION expands access to skills-based training and essential support, helping people gain in-demand skills and build long-term economic mobility.

We focus on short-term, job-aligned pathways that lead to real employment outcomes, especially for individuals who face financial or access barriers.

WHAT WE DO

SUPPORT JOB-READY SKILLS

We support short-term training that prepares people for work, not years of schooling with uncertain outcomes.

  • Industry-recognized, skills-based training

  • Programs typically last six months or less

  • Career pathways aligned with real hiring demand

For example, we support training pathways in skilled trades, healthcare support, logistics, and technology that connect to real employer demand.

Our priority is simple: skills that support economic mobility.

REMOVE BARRIERS TO COMPLETION

Many capable people are blocked by cost and access, not motivation.

The NEWORKX FOUNDATION removes barriers in two ways:

  • Funding access to training, certification, testing, and required equipment

  • Helping individuals identify and access wraparound services that support training completion

We do not provide wraparound services directly. Instead, we work with workforce partners, community organizations, and service providers to help individuals identify and connect to support, such as:

  • Transportation assistance

  • Childcare and caregiving resources

  • Work tools, uniforms, and digital access

This approach improves completion, placement, and long-term stability.

STRENGTHENING WORKFORCE PARTNERSHIPS

We work across the workforce ecosystem to align training with employment. We collaborate with:

  • Training providers and technical schools

  • Employers with active hiring needs

  • Workforce development organizations

  • Community-based partners

This coordination helps ensure training leads to real job opportunities— not endless searching.

We help individuals identify employment opportunities aligned with their training through workforce and employer partners—supporting progress toward economic mobility.

OUTCOMES AND ACCOUNTABILITY

We focus on results, not participation.

We measure success by:

  • Training completion

  • Credentials earned

  • Job placement and retention

  • Reduction of financial and access barriers

As the Foundation grows, summaries will be shared to support transparency and accountability.
