WHAT WE DO
We don’t run a job board. We build the infrastructure people need to get from where they are to where work begins. That means funding access, clearing obstacles, and connecting the right training to the right opportunity.

Fund Access to Job-Ready Skills
Short-term training that leads somewhere real—not years of school with uncertain outcomes.
-
Industry-recognized, skills-based programs
-
Typical program length: six months or less
-
Focus areas: skilled trades, logistics/CDL, and healthcare support (CNA)
-
Pathways tied to active employer hiring demand in South Metro Atlanta

Remove Barriers to Completion
Capable people don’t stop training because they lack motivation. They stop because life gets in the way. We help remove the obstacles:
-
Training tuition, certification fees, and required testing costs
-
Tools, uniforms, and equipment needed on day one
-
Connections to transportation support and childcare resources
-
Digital access for online coursework and job applications
STRENGTHEN THE WORKFORCE ECOSYSTEM
We work across the system—not around it. We coordinate with training providers, employers with verified hiring needs, workforce development boards, and community-based partners. Our role is to align funding, access, and pathways so training leads to real opportunity.

ABOUT THE NEWORKX FOUNDATION
Who We Are
The NEWORKX Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia, recognized by the IRS in 2025 (EIN: 39-3252296). We exist to close the gap between capable people and good jobs—by removing the financial and structural barriers that block access to skills-based training. We focus on short-term, job-aligned pathways in skilled trades, logistics, healthcare support, and technology—fields where employer demand is real and credential value is immediate.
Why We Exist
Across South Metro Atlanta, employers are hiring. Training programs exist. But too many people who could succeed in those jobs are stuck before they start. Not because they lack motivation. Because they lack access. The cost of certification. A car that breaks down. A childcare gap that makes a 7am class impossible. These are not personal failures. They are system failures. The NEWORKX Foundation exists to fix that.
