1. About the NEWORKX Foundation

The NEWORKX Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Foundation supports access to short-term, job-aligned training and helps remove financial and access barriers that may prevent individuals from completing training and moving toward employment.

The Foundation’s work may include funding support, partner coordination, referral support, training pathway support, and outcome tracking.

This website is provided for informational, donation, outreach, partnership, and program-related purposes.

The website may allow users to:

3. No Employment or Training Guarantee

The NEWORKX Foundation supports access to training and employment pathways, but it does not guarantee:

  • Credential approval

  • Employment

  • Job interviews

  • Hiring decisions

  • Wage levels

  • Employer acceptance

  • Public benefit eligibility

  • Grant or funding approval

 

Training providers, employers, workforce agencies, and partner organizations make their own decisions based on their own requirements.

4. Donations

Donations made through the website support the charitable mission of the NEWORKX Foundation, including training access, completion barriers, credential-related costs, employment pathway support, and related nonprofit activities.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, donations are charitable contributions and do not purchase goods, services, employment placement, training admission, or guaranteed outcomes.

The Foundation may provide donation acknowledgments or receipts for donor records. Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding tax deductibility.

5. Donation Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable.

The Foundation may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, including duplicate transactions, processing errors, or other special circumstances. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

You agree not to submit:

  • Fraudulent donation information

Submitting a “Work With Us” form, contact form, email, or partnership inquiry does not create a partnership, contract, grant award, funding commitment, referral obligation, or service agreement.

Any formal partnership, program, vendor, grant, training, employer, or funding relationship must be documented separately in writing and approved by authorized representatives of the Foundation.

The Foundation does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, services, fees, eligibility rules, decisions, or content.
